Boon Brown Architects undertake to act in the best interest of their clients at all times. We appoint a company director to take overall responsibility for each individual project and we commit unlimited resources to understanding our client’s aims and aspirations. Boon Brown will maintain a continuous dialogue with our client’s throughout the project which is particularly important during the design development phase. During this period we will explore alternative design solutions and provide crucial cost advice to enable the individual client to make informed decisions. We undertake to act proactively by engaging with the Local Planning Authority and other critical parties at an early stage. Boon Brown will act as Lead Consultant and with this responsibility we will coordinate and manage the entire design team. We will continuously monitor the cost of the project to ensure that we are achieving best value and we monitor our own performance by reference to our Quality Assured System.
