BOON BROWN PLANNING CONSULTANCY
Planning legislation has changed significantly over recent years and the extent of information required in support of a planning application is now a complex matter.
Boon Brown Architects have been at the forefront of the commercial development scene for 21 years and have always sought to understand, predict and react to fundamental changes so as to provide the best service to their clients.
In January 2006 Boon Brown Architects was joined by Shaun Travers, a Chartered Town Planner and formerly the Planning Team Leader (Area South) with South Somerset District Council. Shaun’s role in supporting the Architects quickly grew into providing independent planning advice to a range of clients.
In September 2008 Shaun was joined by Matt Frost who has come to Boon Brown Architects as a Planning Consultant. Matt has 8 years experience in local government as a Planning Officer, as well as 3 years as planning manager in private practice, and adopts a pro-active approach to resolving planning issues. Together Shaun and Matt share a comprehensive working knowledge of the planning landscape understanding the constraints of local authorities and how to work with them to mutual benefit.
