Herb Garden

The Herb Garden project was particularly challenging. When the client approached Boon Brown, he and the original agent had been negotiating with the Local Authority for 18 months. The Herb Garden is a very important site within the centre of Norton Sub Hamdon. The District Architect stated that the dwelling should not been seen from the road and in response we designed a contemporary house that is hidden behind the existing walls that enclosed the Herb Garden.
