Park 5 was commissioned by Greatworth Properties plc and will comprise 24 new dwellings and 2 commercial offices, constructed over 3 and 4 floors on a strategically important pedestrianised street corner in the town centre of Yeovil. The significance of this corner is emphasised architecturally by the use of a rotunda at the point of the junction.
