Snowdon Collar Works, Chard

A scheme for Raglan Housing Association consisting of 25 no. houses for rent on the western edge of Chard, adjoining open countryside and a conservation area. Initially the scheme was refused consent by South Somerset District Council on the grounds that it was too dense. Boon Brown led an appeal which was upheld by the Inspectorate.
